Equipment We Repair & Install

Every equipment fault begins with a proper diagnosis. We identify the root cause — not just the symptom — before recommending repair or replacement.

Pump Repairs & Replacement

You may notice:

Pump not turning on, making noise, losing prime, or visibly leaking.

The pump is the engine of your pool. Without it, nothing else works — water stops circulating, chemistry drifts, and the pool deteriorates fast. We diagnose motor faults, replace seals, bearings and impellers, and replace the unit when it has reached end of life.

Filter Repairs & Replacement

You may notice:

Cloudy water that won't clear, filter needing constant backwash, or pressure gauge reading high.

Sand, cartridge and DE filters all fail differently. We inspect the full filtration system — multiport valves, laterals, media — identify the root cause and repair or replace what is necessary. Not just a backwash and a guess.

Heater & Chiller Repairs

You may notice:

Pool not reaching temperature, unit cycling on and off repeatedly, or not generating heat at all.

Bahrain's climate means heaters and chillers work hard year-round. When a unit ignites but won't hold temperature, or won't ignite at all, we diagnose whether it is a sensor, element, refrigerant, or control board issue — and repair or replace the unit accordingly.

Lighting Repairs & LED Upgrades

You may notice:

Lights not turning on, flickering, or water visible behind the lens.

Failing pool lights are both a safety issue and a sign of a seal failure that can allow water into the fixture. We repair the wiring, replace the fixture, and seal correctly. Where appropriate, we upgrade to energy-efficient long-life LED units.

How Equipment Service Works

Four steps from call to confirmed fix. No guesswork. No unnecessary replacements.

  1. 1

We inspect the equipment and diagnose the underlying fault — at no cost to you.

  2. 2

You receive a clear recommendation: repair or replace, with the reasoning explained honestly.

  3. 3

On approval, we source quality parts or replacement units and carry out the work.

  4. 4

We test the equipment under load and confirm water circulation before we leave.

Equipment failure is often the first sign a pool needs closer attention. We pair equipment service with ongoing pool maintenance — the surest way to catch problems before they cause a breakdown.

03

Signs Your Equipment Needs Attention

Most equipment problems give early warning. Catching them saves the cost of an emergency repair — or a full replacement.

  • Pool pump not turning on or making unusual grinding or humming noise
  • Pool water cloudy or green despite correct chemical treatment
  • Filter pressure gauge reading high or requiring backwash every day
  • Pool lights not turning on, flickering, or water visible behind the lens
  • Heater or chiller cycling on and off without reaching set temperature
  • Noticeably reduced water flow from return jets
  • Unusual vibration or smell coming from the equipment room
  • Pool losing water without a visible surface leak

If your pool has sustained structural damage alongside the equipment fault, our pool repair and renovation service covers the full scope.

Common Questions

01
Should I repair or replace my pool pump?
This depends on the pump's age and the nature of the fault. Seal and impeller failures on a pump under eight years old are usually worth repairing. A motor failure on an older unit often makes replacement the better investment. We assess both options and advise honestly — we do not push replacement to increase the job value.
02
How long does a pool equipment repair take?
Most equipment repairs — pump seals, multiport valves, lighting fixtures — are completed in a single visit. Where parts need to be sourced, we provide a clear timeline before work begins. A full equipment replacement (pump or filter) is typically completed within one to two days.
03
Can you repair equipment from any brand?
Yes. We work across all major pool equipment brands used in Bahrain. If a part is no longer available for an older unit, we advise on a compatible replacement and explain why.
